Descripción del servicio:

– Es el proceso mediante el cual se puede certificar que una persona no ha adquirió la nacionalidad dominicana.

Servicio Ofrecido por:

– Dirección de Naturalización

Requerimientos o requisitos:

– Formulario de solicitud de certificación, elaborado por el MIP, debidamente completado por el solicitante.
– Instancia Elevada al Ministro de Interior y Policía, solicitando la Certificación de No Nacionalidad, firmada por el interesado.
– Acta de nacimiento (Copia), apostillada. En caso que el acta no esté en el idioma español deberá traducirla con un intérprete judicial y legalizar dicha traducción en la Procuraduría General de la República Dominicana.
– Acta de defunción original (En el caso de estar fallecido).
– Si ha fallecido en la República Dominicana, debe estar legalizada por la Oficina Central del Estado Civil.
– Si ha fallecido fuera de la República Dominicana, debidamente apostillado. Si el documento estuviere redactado en un idioma diferente al español deberá ser traducido por un intérprete judicial y legalizar esta traducción en la Procuraduría General de la República Dominicana. Anexar original de traducción.
– Copia de las tres (3) primeras páginas del pasaporte.
*Todos los requisitos son imprescindibles.*

Procedimiento:

El interesado viene a la Dirección de Naturalización a buscar los requisitos. Cuando reúne la documentación se presenta nuevamente a la Dirección
para fines de depósito. Si cumple con todos los requisitos se procede a autorizarle el pago de solicitud.

Luego se solicita a archivo general del ministerio la verificación, cuando ello nos informan que no se encuentra registrado, se procede a elaborar la certificación de no nacionalidad. Se procede a enviar la certificación de no nacionalidad a la firma del Viceministro para Naturalización y Migración. El interesado viene o llama por teléfono a la Dirección de Naturalización para verificar si su certificación de no nacionalidad esta lista. Inmediatamente
ellos se le informa que esta lista ellos retiran su certificación de nacionalidad.
